Young Faithful Receive the Sacraments of Confirmation and First Holy Communion

On February 28, 2026, two milestones of faith were celebrated at the Mother of Good Counsel Parish.

In the afternoon, students of Mater Ecclesiae School received the Sacrament of Confirmation during a solemn celebration presided over by Most Rev. Marcelino Antonio M. Maralit, Jr., D.D., Bishop of the Diocese of San Pablo, with Rev. Fr. Ronald Siaga, OSA.

Earlier that day, pupils of Chrysanthemum Village Elementary School (CVES) received their First Holy Communion during a Eucharistic celebration presided over by Rev. Fr. Robert Lee Lingo, OSA. Having prepared through prayer and catechesis, the children approached the altar with reverence and joy, receiving Jesus in the Holy Eucharist for the first time.
