By joining the contest, the participant/s declare that the logo submitted is their original work, has not been submitted to any other competition, and does not infringe on any third party's existing copyrights. The Augustinian Province of Sto. Niño de Cebu - Philippines shall not be liable in case of any complaint or dispute that may arise regarding the originality of the submitted work. Any entry duly found to have been substantially copied from, or bears a material resemblance or similarity to, a prior existing design shall automatically be disqualified.
