In an effort to deepen the understanding of St. Augustine’s teachings and enhance the commitment of the Augustinian Family to religious life and apostolate, the Asia Pacific Augustinian Conference (APAC) has announced an upcoming seminar on Augustinian Spiritual Exercises.
Scheduled to take place from November 6 to 10, 2023, the seminar will be held at the Talavera House of Prayer in Cebu City, Philippines. The APAC Commission organizes the seminar on Formation and Spirituality.
The seminar will be led by Fray Enrique Eguiarte, OAR, a Mexican Augustinian Recollect Friar renowned for his extensive work on Augustinian Spiritual Exercises. His resources have significantly impacted, particularly in the context of renewal and formation programs focused on Augustinian Spirituality.
During the seminar, Fray Enrique will introduce participants to the core elements and dynamics of the Augustinian Spiritual Exercises. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to actively engage with and implement these exercises under his expert guidance, allowing for a firsthand experience of this spiritual practice.
