Prayer to Saint Nicholas of Tolentino
O glorious Saint Nicholas, our Patron and Protector, glory of the Catholic Church and ornament of the Augustinian Order! You who were so tender-hearted unto the miseries of others, behold we come to you and with full confidence beseech you the grace to follow in your footsteps. We are poor, but we desire to enrich ourselves with your merits; we are weak and we wish to be strengthened with your power; we are blind and so we crave for the light of your star. Intercede for us, Saint Nicholas, that God, our Lord, may grant us all that we need to come closer to you and in your companionship, to glorify Him forever and ever. Amen.

True poor of Christ and virgin chosen by God, who by the observance of perfect obedience enlightened the Augustinian Order with virtues and miracles.
